Referral Partner Policy

I love and trust you. And the below are just some technical rules that we ask you to carefully read and abide by them. Thank you for being amazing and honest!

As a valued Referral Partner, you agree to the following:

  1. You must follow all the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing. As an affiliate or JV partner for our “The Alignment Solution” launch’, you’ve read and fully agree to the terms listed on the Official FTC website: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/guides.shtm (please read it to ensure that your promotions are compliant with all guidelines).
  2. We have a minimum threshold of $50 in commissions for our commission payout.
  3. No spamming
  4. No Negative Marketing – including but not limited to review sites, “Is this a scam?” sites, review videos and/or websites. This will automatically get you banned (and commissions negated) from all current and future promotions/launches (and possible legal action may be taken).
  5. No cookie stuffing.
  6. No “Launch Jacking” of any kind including but not limited to using fake review sites.
  7. No using any kind of domains/URLs that include Rikka’s name, the name of her business or the name of her product including but not limited to Rikka Zimmerman, Adventure In Oneness, and The Alignment Solution.
  8. No using any images of Rikka Zimmerman, The Alignment Solution, product images, logos, etc unless approved by Rikka or her team prior to posting.
  9. If you decide to promote using Facebook or a website, please be clear that you’re a partner and that you are NOT portraying yourself as Rikka through your marketing efforts. Doing that will disqualify you.
  10. If you are going to promote via Google AdWords your ads must be approved prior to going live. Also you are not allowed to use our branded terms as keywords in your ads including but not limited to Rikka Zimmerman, Adventure In Oneness, and The Alignment Solution.
  11. In order to be eligible to win a prize in any contest, your stats must convert at average levels.
