Pay attention to the mundane things you do today and change the energy around it by embracing its “alive-ness”. Example: Your commute to work in traffic. Shift the energy of frustration to alive-ness by turning up the radio and jamming to your favorite music. Rock out in your car, sing out loud, let other drivers see you. This will shift them too.
